Intro to Freshservice
Welcome to IT Ops Portal,
We’re so glad you’re here! Freshservice is the tool used by IT Ops to give all the support you and the business need.
This email is to provide a quick overview of the service and how you may contact IT for support.
There are 3 ways of contacting IT (in order of preference):
- Via Fresh Service, accessible now: https://helpdesk.brighte.com.au
- Emailing helpdesk@brighte.com.au (this will auto-generate a ticket for you)
- Dialling +61 2 8000 0600 (this will route your call to our first available staff) - during business and after hours.
Within the Freshservice portal, you will have the ability to:
- Directly request:
- Access and logins to applications, software licenses etc. (we are working towards full automation, meaning you will be assigned a license as soon as your request is submitted, no waiting around, no downtime)
- Hardware (Monitors, Mouses, Keyboards and Headset)
- Submit a ticket for general IT support
- View all your existing tickets you've submitted
- For managers, view any tickets or requests which require your approval to proceed
- For the P&C team, onboard new starters and offboard leaving staff
