Docking Station: Connecting Dual monitors, Headphones and Charging the laptop using USB C hub

Note:

ITops has retired the Docking stations and the USB C Hubs are provided as replacement. The USB C hubs are lighter than docks and unlike docks they don’t have any software inside them so they are unlikely to run into an error, easy to use and requires no troubleshooting.

Using USB C Hub for connecting the Peripherals :

Brighte provides USB C docking stations to connect all your peripherals including monitors to connect with your laptop. This USB C Hub works with both MAC and Windows devices.

The USB C Hub has the following specifications:

Input: USB-C port that is connected to your laptop
Output: 2 x USB ports, 1x USB-C and 1 x HDMI port

To charge the laptop, power adaptors can be plugged into the USB C port of the Hub for charging the laptop and the USB C port supports upto 87W of power adaptors.

HDMI port is used for connecting to the external monitor and it supports upto (4K @30Hz)

Connecting two Monitors to the laptop:

The USB C Hub supports connection of only one monitor through the HDMI port. Second monitor can be directly connected using a HDMI to USB C cable.

Connecting Jabra Headphones to the Laptop:

The Jabra Headphones provided by Brighte can be connected using the USB C port in the laptop directly and it also comes with the ability to comes with the ability to connect directly to the laptop using the 3.5 mm headphone jack.

If your laptop has only two USB ports, then use the 3.5 mm headphone jack of the Jabra headphones (unplug the black wires and connect the red wire directly) to connect to the headphone jack in the laptop.
